I respectfully disagree on the complaint about Spark not helping with the security budget as it tries to reduce on-chain transaction footprint. I see it as a scaling solution and I'm not worried at all that miners will get in to problem with their funding. I'm glad the 2017/2018 mempool situation is over now (for now).
