Some of it was over my head, even though I have good mathematical knowledge. but Stephen Perrenod is the absolute top guy in my book. Even among bitcoiners I meet in person I'm still the only one who values the power law, but that's their loss!

Mostly superb. A breath of fresh air when saying what the cowardly Tories should always have said.
Two areas of concern: he kept on talking too much over the interviewer's questions, and he kept on persistently misunderstanding the questions about bitcoin, conflating it with crypto.
So he sometimes sounded to me like an old boomer, even though I'm much older.

Your podcast is great but it uses up about 5 hours of my time.
I record it and edit out all the swearing, especially the c word. My editing skills are poor.
Then I'm not embarrassed to listen to it with my 15 year-old granddaughter.
The final version runs for about 10 minutes!

Love Giovanni's work and his commitment to unbiased scientific method.
Having said that, in his presentations he dives into so many associated points that I'm sure the average listener will end up bewitched, bothered and bewildered by so much information.
Nevertheless, if you're prepared to concentrate, this is brilliant stuff. Audio only on fountain, so you don't get to see the charts he refers to.
Kudos to Stephan for keeping it on track with a light touch!

I've been interested in Gio's power law work since I discovered it about a year ago.
He's been attacked by many who should know better, but who won't retain the open mindedness they once had for bitcoin itself. The attacks are always ad hominem and never scientific.

I used to run bread-making courses as a hobby. One of my attendees used to have a high powered executive job, but she gradually built up a cleaning round for neighbours, friends, contacts etc. She absolutely loved cleaning!

TOO LATE to get into bitcoin😂😂???
I just had some workmen at my house to do maintenance work.
Turns out they were fully awake to government and media fake narratives. And currency debasement.
I told them my position on #bitcoin, and they started talking about certain sh*tcoins to get in on early value.
They said they reckoned they were too late to buy bitcoin. They'd missed the boat. Sad. They couldn't lose the short-term mentality
Like saying Don't buy petrol (gas) for your car because 20 years ago it was a fraction of the price.
Oh well, at least they were part-way there.

Fascinating episode. I'm listening on fountain when possible. But sometimes it's good to see the speakers as well, so I have to still use Spotify sometimes.
