it’s really hard to lose weight when you are very fat. Very difficult. Not eating as much won’t do it. It’s just when you are slightly fat or a little more than you should it’s easy. It takes a long time when you are extremely overweight

my father smoked over 3 packs of cigarettes all his life, was overweight, had to take medication for heart issues. Didn’t care what he ate, just poured lots of margarine on everything. All kinds of the fattiest foods. He lasted to 71. He died in 2017. Hoping I got lots of his genetics. Because that’s beyond strong genes

my father was also extremely fat. But I learned to eat by my mother not my father. My father would just pour margarine and cook meat in massive amounts of margarine. Eat all kinds of fatty food. Almost all Norwegians are overweight

I am just slim naturally. So just by eating normal amounts of food I keep slim. The few times I gain weight I just eat less. But it’s different with a Mediterranean diet. It’s custom made for health and the basic nutritional needs. And that’s all I eat, typical Spanish diet.
