I never said the 25 outputs were under 1k sats. The attack would require locking up over 200 million worth of bitcoin for the duration of the attack and for as long as you wanted to keep pleb nodes offline. So a couple f-35s worth of bitcoin plus another half dozen in fees and in two months you have most plebs offline.
My attack and cost considerations are bip110 complaint. I don’t need sub 1sat/vbyte. I am just doing a bunch of normal monetary transactions to regular addresses. Exchanges do these batched transactions all the time. With an empty chain and no way to block use of the empty chain there is no defense to such an attack.
To me Bitcoin is most vulnerable based on speed of change not on overall system growth. Bitcoin reacts very slowly to change because it is decentralized. If it is suddenly impossible to run an 8gb node the nation state will win. If it takes a year or more to get to that place the nodes will upgrade.

Im not saying we need good spam I just pointing out that the noise in the chain does buffers the chain from a very specific and vanilla attack. The spam gets in the way of other transactions and fills otherwise empty blocks, which spreads out the timeline and increases the cost of a basic utxo attack involving 1in 25 out transactions that are bip110 complaint is all that is needed.
A nation state could make a determined effort with these regular bip 110 compliant transactions and spend under a billion dollar and have pleb nodes knock offline in 2 months. They could spend considerably less and drag that timeline out to 8 months. In either case the bip110 chain becomes captured before the temporary rules expire. The only defense is adopting utreexo, but as we have learned a lot of knotzi run their nodes in bandwidth limited environments so that solution is probably no good.
The speed of such attack is a bigger problem than the actual higher ram requirements. Adapting the network to better hardware is normal. Having to do it in 2 months is not.

I’m aware of the ram issues. Bip-110 simply opens a new attack path in this regard. In a Post 110 world the blocks are extremely empty and transactions will be cheap with scant normal demand. Under such conditions a utxo spam attack is trivial to perform and would cost 45k a day to max out utxos vs the minimum of 2.3 million daily it would cost to utxo spam the chain today.
During the 1 year temporary rule change a determine nation state could spend very little money and knock most of the pleb nodes offline and there would be no defense against such an attack accept an attempt to price out attackers with your own pointless transactions which would mean convincing people to overpay for transactions they don’t even need to make.
Today a utxo dust attack not only costs orders of magnitude more but attackers have to compete for blocks with retarded pictures of monkeys making pulling off such an attack extremely unlikely. And if such an attack were identified defenders could randomly input single utxos of larger data loads into blocks to dramatically skew the dust attackers calculations.
So I guess the choice comes down to accept some bloat or invite a malicious attacker to hit the utxo so hard none of the plebs complaining about bloat can run their nodes anymore. I can think of dozens of nation states who would like to see bitcoin nodes all run out of data centers who would love to spam attack the network for the cost of a Tesla model 3 per day.

The storage fears are overblown. Current blocks in a v30 world rarely exceed 2mbs, bip110 blocks will likely drop to the 1.5mb range average. So we are talking 35-45 gb a year difference. This is not an emergency.

So this is the inconstancy. You claim v30 ruined your life because of data carrier size changes(which can easily be undone) but in reality you want to make a large changes to the way bitcoin works with sweeping consensus changes not just mempool policy defaults.
