It's a three minute trailer but I'm going to be a complete hypocrite and not complain on this one. 😁 I got a sense of the story but as these films are long, I don't think too much is spoiled here. Anyway, it's deserved! These films have an amazing production design and look absolutely stunning.
I did smile when the text read, "The epic conclusion". This one adapts the second book doesn't it? You've got a bit more to go mate! 😂

I've just seen this on the news and for the Louvre, particularly their security, it's utterly embarrassing.
Why?

Ooh, this sounds good. A remake of the Japanese thriller A Colt Is My Passport from 1967 in which a returning Vietnam soldier becomes a contract killer and ends up on the wrong side of a gangland boss’s henchmen.
The film is set in Detroit but was filmed in Wales! I should really get round to watching The Raid. I picked up the Blu-ray for £2 years ago and grabbed never watched it!

I really enjoyed that reboot and the next one. However, I lost interest in number three about halfway through.

Okay, I started on the PS4, didn't get far as that was just after the first big update. I got it cheap as everyone traded in their copies when it didn't meet expectations.
Then I started again on my Switch Lite and was really impressed with that port. But I sold my Switch.
Now, third times the charm as I start again on Steam Deck. I turned on the FSR thing in options, wow this game looks good on OLED, almost hitting 60fps.
Let's go explore...after I fix my ship. 😆

I was a bit let down as my kindle software was too new to jailbreak. But then I heard about WinterBreak, which was only released in January. A fantastic hack that works on almost every Kindle regardless of software version.
I now use different software for reading and the books I read are epubs. (For those who don't know, Kindle has never supported the epub format, often using their own version.)
Also, I can now transfer books over WiFi. Everything is just more convenient.

In regards to Crocodile Dundee, I found this quote from Spielberg when he was asked about his revised version of E.T.

Okay, I'm quite impressed with my first very cheap knock off keyboard. 😆
It has red switches, well I say switches, you can't actually feel any click to them, but they are nice enough to provide two spare in the box.
The clicky sound actually comes from the keycaps hitting the base, but I really like that sound, and it's actually really pleasant to type with.
Lots of hideous RGB options, even though each row is a set colour. The real test is how long can Mrs Wife put up with the noise? 😁

There were a few games I really enjoyed playing on the switch but I never used it as much as I hoped I would.
As you say, if you're not into the Nintendo fan base (Mario, etc) or Japanese RPGs, it gets boring fairly quickly.
So much shovelware as well.
There were some amazing ports that I was surprised the Switch could even do such as Doom and Alien: Isolation but my grey lite spent more time in a draw than out.

During the promotion for Back to the Future: Part 2, director Robert Zemeckis joked that Hoverboards are real but toy companies never put them on sale due to safety concerns. He was lucky to acquire some for the film's production.
Cue hundreds (maybe thousands?) of parents writing to Universal and the toy companies begging for Hoverboards to be released or at least to sell them one.

Robert Watts, the producer on the first three Indiana Jones and Star Wars films has passed away.

RIP and thank you Robert. Those films are a cornerstone of mine and many others childhoods.

Today I saw the remains of an oil rig.
As soon as I saw it, my mind went into sci-fi overdrive. I love the look of it, all the “detail” created by the pipework and structure. I just can't describe it.
It bought back memories of Still Wakes The Deep (video game). It felt like something from a Neill Blomkamp film.
Wish I could've got closer for a true sense of scale, it already looks HUGE from a distance.

Is there any reasonable way to export a long web page as a long PDF?
I don't want page breaks because it's splitting up the images.
