Yeah I was wondering too! Here is what the agents say about how it works:
Metadata (MusicBrainz/Spotify/Tidal): When you search for a song, it pulls the high-quality metadata (album art, artist info, tracklists) from official databases.
Streaming Fallback (YouTube/Tidal): Behind the scenes, the app takes that metadata and searches for the audio stream. Many of the "instances" use custom APIs (often referred to in the community as "Tidal-API" or "Music-API") that bypass official paywalls or utilize YouTube's audio streams while displaying the high-quality album art from the original source.
Format Conversion: Some instances can convert these streams into high-quality formats (like FLAC) on the fly, though the source quality depends on the provider being used.

Hi Mar! Thanks for reaching out and sharing those details. It’s really helpful to see the specific note ID to figure out what’s going on.
The strange characters in the title (like –) is what we call HTML entities. Basically, WordPress was sending the code for a dash instead of the dash itself. I’ve just released a small update for the plugin to handle these. Once you update, those symbols should disappear and show regular text.
I checked your note on a few different nostr clients. It works on some, but does not on others. The link preview works on Primal as an example: https://primal.net/e/nevent1qvzqqqqqqypzp3av40cla5sp55cctexutcxxht3tchd3n4e6h7zq2d0nqhv0q5vqqy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnyv9kh2uewd9hj7qpqgk9g6gmy3whxpglfgrxemym78hsettph2ue9jnj0hwgqaxl6mqmsquchmy ... So I think this is a client specific issue.
Postr for Nostr is specifically designed as a "one-way bridge" to share your blog posts out to the network. Adding a "receiver" that watches the whole Nostr network to pull posts into your site is a much bigger task and outside what this specific plugin does.
But don't worry! If you want to go that route, there is another plugin called YEGHRO Nostr Login (version 1.8+) that actually has a built-in "Nostr Importer." Maybe you try it with that?
