There used to be this particular countryside town I used to go to buy some country stuff and pass some time, the real fun in that travel was speeding the road during afternoon though, didn't give much a shit about the bought stuff, after that road got totally shit geared with survaillance stuff I stoped going there, and I doubt I'm the only one, it seems business got really slow there.

Kinda, I mean modding in way it ends up in something totally different and replacing the OG experience of a game, Thomas the Tank is an example of that, but another one I could easily mention is people wanting to transform Zelda Ocarina of Time into Zelda Breath of the Wild, it will come to a time where people will say it's pointless to play the OG version of OoT.
Fast travel from anywhere to everywhere kinda kills the sense of adventure and being prepared for it, I woundn't use myself tbh.

It may be a very risk bet for Playstation as they may have not enough NPCs to cover their ass, a lot of people on PS5 are the older traditional demography, kids prefer tab-like stuff which is why Steam Deck and Nintendo Switch is the way it is, and rent services NPCs are mostly on Xbox Series
