I make spicy cajun ones. Generally the best ones you'll ever find are from some guy on the side of the road with a piece of cardboard that says "boiled peanuts" next to a beat up old truck in the middle of nowhere.
They mostly taste a bit like peanut with a big burst of whatever seasonings you add to them.
