7 am. At the gym just finished sets of heavy deadlifts. (6 x 4 @ 85% of max)
Gym staff walks over to me "Um...can you set the bar down gently? Ppl are complaining."
😡 My apologies to the sensitive but a heavy barbell makes a sound when it contacts the ground. Try it one day. And for the record no i do not drop the barbell.
