Squash is basically done, and tomatoes are closing up shop, but the beans have a second wind (getting two decent harvests each week) and the peppers are just getting started .. will need to do some drying or pickling. It’s just a pump at the water heater and a special valve installed under the sink. No additional plumbing needed. On the left are “Mohawk” an heirloom Iroquois cultivar that dates back to prehistory (apparently like pinto beans).
