#caturday appreciation post for my cats Lizzie and Heidi, who I adopted a year ago! The were feral when rescued, and when I got them, Lizzie was extremely scared of people and would hide in another room from me. Now, she’s become much more comfortable with me and others! She even let the vets give her a check up this week! And Heidi is still just as energetic and sweet as she was one day one! I’m so glad I have them in my life!

Another shoutout to @npub1fdr…lvhs for something I didn’t expect: introducing me to cold brew coffee. His book Homeland (which is really good so far btw) has a little guide on how to make cold brew at home, and I had to try it! Just made my first batch and it was really good!

Just finished listening to Little Brother by @npub1fdr…lvhs and absolutely loved it! Definitely a book I recommend everyone read or listen to. Just checked out the next book, Homeland, from my library and I’m excited to start it!
