I'm also thinking of a subscription model for MakerTube like Spectra is discussing it. Price increase at Hetzner's is hitting us quite hard (roughly +30%) and I don't know how to cover costs for future storage increase. Sadly I must say that the donation based approach has its limits. I'm looking for moderators for MakerTube. It's time to get more people in and take some load off my shoulders. Ideally 2-3 users can share the task of content moderation and to process user registrations. The basis of decisions should be the terms, but in general I'm very benevolent and interpret the rules broadly. It is not a lot of work, but it needs to happen frequently.
