For sure it's a bubble. They are overselling non profitable products that doesn't exist yet as advertised. Sure it will not stop, AI is here to stay, but the value we are projecting to it and these myriad of companies coming out of nowhere will not survive indefinitely. Like the internet bubble there will be some big winners and many losers.
The most important question, when it will burst, what will be taken down with it ? All tech stocks will suffer, even the one not related to AI and what about Bitcoin ? I know someone working at the national movies preservation institute (local name is different but it cannot be translated), anf he showed me the rooms full of old films recorded on cellulose nitrate, highly inflatable film that they have to keep in cooled, anti spark, fire proof rooms anf still deteriorate with time. They have equipements to digitalize these but only limited ressources and time to do it, so it's a matter of deciding which one to copy in priority.
The cool stuff is that they also store 35mm movies and project them regularly in the oldest theater in the city (if not country). It was magical to see some old movies in that format on a big screen, like Lost In Translation, Gremlins and soon will be E.T.

Telegram is super easy to setup so it's often the prefered choice to start but I had to fight with my agent to try to setup Matrix with E2EE but it never worked with encryption, it always offer to fallback to clear channel, I refused. In the end I had to order a free SIM, and setup a Signal account for it.
Then I stopped using my agent soon after... But I might start over again, not sure if I would use OpenClaw again or another one, I see you use Hermes, is it good ? Same level of possibilities than OpenClaw or limited to chat only ?

Quand il faudra 30min en transport public porte à porte, avec un train toutes les 5min, contre 45min en voiture sans bouchons, plus grand monde ne voudra prendre sa voiture.
En plus cela va réduire la pression des loyers en ville, augementer l'attractivité des villages connectés, développer l'économie globale de la suisse.

I bought a 2TB external SSD to migrate a Bitcoin node but it stopped working after cloning for a few hours, it crashed like at 98% so I must assume all node information are on it and don't dare to send it to repair. Now it must br worth much more than when I bought about one year ago. Warranty is 5 years so I was thinking to close all channels and migrate to a new node but it works pretty find and have good reputation so I didn't do it yet...

Open Umbrel WebUI, stop BTCPay (right click on icon -> stop).
Update BTCPay to version 2.4.2 if not done already. After update, stop it again as it will start automatically.
Stop Lightning (right click, stop)
SSH into your umbrel from a terminal on your machine (or from the terminal in Umbrel settings).

What merchants use to accept Bitcoin the proper way. It also allows to have Lightning Address, user accounts, boltcards (contactless Lightning Bitcoin payment cards), do swap for fiat or Lightning to on-chain...

They fucked up with the wrong Bitcoiner.
It's too late for him, her, they. Even if they would decide to return the money, they could not do it. Sending back to the original address would just let someone else steal it, and as anyone is able to get the private keys eventually, it would be very hard to prove that you were the original owner of the key. If you control the previous address in the chain you would still have to prove that you didn't sell the bigcoins to the owner of the hacked address. Ironically, those who withdrew directly from a KYC exchange to the leaked address could claim it somehow. But anyone unless it happens, there is no reason to talk about it.
Is there any insurance cover Bitcoin thief in self custody ? I think I have seen such service once, wondering if they had a close in case of massive "bug" or hack like this to exclude it from the coverage.

You better use Sparrow, Electrum or a reputable signing device than a shell scripts prompt to mistake that you figure out year later you didn't use standard derivation or worst use a bigger script and end up stacking sats in limbo for year. Still better to check the setup with multiple softwor hardware thus, chances a random Bitcoiner doing is own script do a mistake is still way higher than chances of a (formerly) reputable company with many engineers and open source code checked by anyone did a mistake, let's be realistic.

You can generate your mnemonic phrase of 12 words by hand with dice but you still need a signing device or a "wallet" like Sparrow or Electrum (Tails OS booted on an old offline PC is a good option for that) to derive a private key and address to get an utxo. Then yes you don't need anything else to just keep the bitcoin, make sure your backup your mnemonic phrase and passphrase somewhere safe from thief or destruction.

Why it's without energy and food ? It's both along the larger expense after housing and medical probably.
Inflation should take everything into account and be weighted by the amout spend.
Then it would be way higher than an official number communicated.

What about the battery usage ?
I had issues with some background running app that drained by battery in 2-3 hours and make the phone hot, so I'm always cautious with such feature.

Ok, I might give it a new try. I was kicked out with my Claude subscription, so I stopped almost immediately. Didn't know about Ollama subscription.
My Claw was on a VM on a NAS, not the best but not worst either. I guess the main risk is to have the machine with Claw on your local network already, better be on a separate network (like the guest network).

I stopped my OpenClaw due to API token cost that was unbearable. Do you have several hundred $ of monthly budget or you manage to get it work with a fixed subscription ?
Or maybe it's working find now with lower cost model like kimi K2 or similar. Ideal an encrypted model would be better, waiting to see if Proton offer an API within the base subscription (not per token, even with a cap per day or 6 hours, still better to keep the cost controllable).
What about security ? Is it somewhat safe to run OpenClaw ? Isn't it better alternative ad good in usage and better in security ?
That's the 2 points the block me to use it again.

Thanks for the great client and support, you lead a lot of new features and ideas. And even if many came with good ideas missing in Amethyst, I'm still coming back to Amethyst for all it has to offer.
