Indeed! ;-) President Putin has been remarkably restrained, attempting to hit military objects only. As far as time, the privildeged class (Usually from western Ukraine) aren't the ones being press-ganged into the war. Usually that's reserved for the ethnic Russians in the eastern part, occupied by the central government of Ukraine.

No worries. I'm a pragmatic person. When the older spooks, like Larry and others that worked the Russia desk in the 1St Cold War, say it, I listen. They should know, because they're experts on Russia, something that the current CIA doesn't have. Which is why we in the West keep miscalculating.
