Where does this come from? All I can find is a $135m investment which isn’t a controlling interest by any strech. Saylor also holds 45ish% of voting power too, seem unlikely Soros has any significant power there.

Btc has 2 ways to throw excess holders off - scare the shit out of them with a massive dump, or boring them to death.

Trump isn’t playing 4D chess, he’s barely playing intermediate 2D chess. Lucky for him his opponents aren’t great either.
The reserve isn’t a losing move, but also not a winning one. Lots to play for.
Winning move for the US is simple imho. Launch a government backed USD stablecoin, and push out tether etc. Proceeds go 50% to bonds and 50% BTC. More BTC with interest on bonds and the USD remains the dominant currency for a very long time.
As it stands there is plenty of opportunity for other countries to displace the USD. Could actually cause BTC to succeed even faster.
Time will tell, but I think this is going to get wild soon. The door to front run is wide open.

Lots of different takes, my take: he increases the btc you hold per share when he “dilutes”. Basically you buy the share (at a premium to btc holdings) expecting him to increase the effective btc you hold by issuing debt and shares. To me the question is whether the premium is worth it, ie paying 2x the btc you would expect at least a 2x increase in btc per share over the next few months/years.
