Love the hot air re-use. If you want to quiet it down significantly without breaking the bank, check out Fruition Design's adapters and a 8" inline fan. Have installed them on all my rigs and they work wonders for keeping the noise down significantly vs. the stock Bitmain fans. I linked to Fruition and the inline fan I use on mine. Got 2 for you. One could be kinda controversial, the other prob. easier to monetize.
1) Application or website where anyone can rate police officers. Scrape public records on all municipalities for badge #, name, salary etc. and assign a profile for each officer for the public to be able to rate/comment on... could call it Rap-Sheet, Rate-A-Cop... etc.
2) Application or website where people can see news on a given topic in tiles (1 news topic/tile) you can scroll/swipe through that is in an easy to digest "report card" format. This would quickly show users what the gist of a news topic was and where each of the mainstream news and independent sources stand on a topic vs. the others. Maybe also give the ability to turn on and off news sources that show up on each report card to curate the sources you are interested in. Then if anyone want's to dive into a specific publications news article to learn more you can redirect them to that site by clicking on their report card rating for that tile.

I really enjoy the Gateway Experience from the Monroe Institute. It takes advantage of breathing techniques and dual tones in either ear of headphones to do something called hemi-sync (sync the left and right side of your brain), and other helpful guidance as you progress through the "waves". Look around for a Bitcoin ATM near you. The ones I have used near me were KYC free and all you need is fiat and a wallet to receive to, but worth noting the fees will usually be steep with these ATMs.

Sure. Find a reputable seller and go for it. You will want to make sure you have the appropriate power set-up and a well ventilated area where you/your neighbors won't be bothered by the exhaust heat and noise of air cooling. But they are relatively cheap compared to prices a year ago, and it has been a fun learning experience even if you don't make a ton. Happy mining ⛏️

Love Brains, but you are right. It does hurt going a day without finding a block w Brains, so I split miners between Brains and F2Pool for a bit more consistent rewards. I guess that's just the cost of trying to be decentralized.

For non KYC pools with decent hashpower, I have enjoyed F2Pool and Slushpool (now called Brains Pool). Both have nice mobile apps for monitoring. F2Pool is obviously finding more blocks atm vs. Brains bc of their hashpower, but your payout is larger from Brains but less frequent. Could be worth splitting your miners into multiple pools to help contribute to a more decentralized network. However, on average they seem to come out to similar payouts in the longer term from the S19J Pros I have been experimenting with on both pools. Hope that helps and happy hashing! Thank you so much for this very detailed response. Started with Iris on Android, but found that Amethyst was a little more to my liking. Primal sounds like it is worth a test drive. Especially because of the better statistics. I have noticed delayed and strange follower counts, missing zap stats that don't add up sometimes in Amethyst and Iris. Another kind Nostr also recommended Alby when I joined recently, and you're right it has been a great extension.

Among other things, your body is basically a pharmacy, waiting for you to write it a prescription and reward you with feel good drugs through the actions you take that benefit your body. The easiest way to get these natural made feel good drugs from your body is to work out, eat fresh whole foods, and get a good sleep each night.
For the diet: preferably protein/fat based, keep the carbs to a minimum, and cut out all processed foods/sweets/sodas/alcohol/ drugs to go hand in hand in hand with the working out. Meal prep for a few days at a time helps make this easier ... Example: Make a batch of hard boiled eggs to eat for the week so it is easier to succeed with a busy schedule.
For the workouts: strength training and cardio. Take baby steps at first so you don't burn out, but be consistent, even when you're not feeling like it. You will be sore at first, but I promise it will feel good physically after each workout, which will translate to better mental and emotional health. There is a reason runners talk about a runners high...
These are some of the lowest hanging fruit to get your body, mind and emotions in a better place.
So... What should you do today? Start with a 30-45 min walk or run, do push ups/pull ups/sit ups, eat a good steak with eggs/ drink plenty of water, and get good sleep. Rinse and repeat. I guarantee you will get a lasting feeling of more energy to use each day, and have more self confidence if you give this an honest effort every day for a month or two. Then after a while it becomes a habit.
