No it's not the case unless Russia, Serbia, Bielorrusia, Ukraine, Hungary, Slovenia, Moldova, etc... are not white countries by your standards.

Migrating my nodes to Knots because I don't want junk in my mempools and I don't like being told how I should set up my nodes.
