3x220v circuits installed
A couple of new circuits in the winery today and the electrician wasn’t not available, so amateur electrician to the rescue. There are certainly ppl that hack the algorithm to make bank solely (Mr. Beast, etc.)
I watch a lot of sailing channels who are people that are committed to traveling the world and sharing the experience (good and bad). Many do it because they are passionate about sharing their YOLO life choice. Most barely make enough to the basic cameras and tons of time spend editing. There are so many other examples of this in other areas.

I have been considering Japan as the conference location in November. The vibe in Costa Rica was magical. The circular economy was also an essential part of the experience.
I really want to want to go, but 50F (10C) degree weather in a densely populated city is just not my thing.

I certainly hope this vision comes true. We will see, since they (VCs) are already engaged with a few already.
I’m most concerned that so many of the early builders are working exclusively on nostr tech with a negative personal cash flow.
That is not sustainable for long for the younger members with families.

This is the way.
There is a next level of scale after that, but for now get the server out of the read path. Not just for cost but for sanity of operating with such a small team.
The write path you can switch to APIGW and a bit of lambda and eliminate the “running computers” thing there. Use cost savings plans.
