As I can tell regular game dice like bicycle from the store or otherwise with a slight bias may give you an entropy around 200 bits still. 275k is quite low in relation to his income, in general you should have 10x your earnings by that age. So ideally his accounts would be over a million at this stage. The good news is he is around the magic number when the compounding starts to accelerate.
I would still push for some bitcoin in his portfolio. Dont sell it as a end of world collapse resistant currency. Just bring up bitcoin being adopted around the world by finance and large companies have added bitcoin to their balance sheets. Say in fact you have 3rd party exposure to bitcoin now through the stocks you own, so you may as well own it directly.
