I also want to point out, there is a way to integrate Click commands directly into a Typer app (https://typer.tiangolo.com/tutorial/using-click/#including-a-click-app-in-a-typer-app), but I had already started down the path of using a Typer subgroup (and the advanced alchemy extension for Litestar is currently specific to that framework).

I've been working on a Typer CLI app with a database backend. Each time I need to set up Alembic (for migrations), I need to go back to the docs and learn all the things (again)...
I wanted to see if I could incorporate alembic commands into my own CLI app. At the least, it would let me inject some custom logic and/or command names.
Wasn't quite sure where to start, but eventually I got there...
So I decided to write about it.

for my current job, instead of having to work on some random project, I was able to walk the panel through one of my projects, and at least some had already looked through my github profile so we're somewhat familiar with my style. I think it's worth it.

Hmm. I was initially being cheeky, but now that you mention it, this is a really good point.
We have a large monolith with heavy CI, and I don't think we're even using a package manager outside of pip (I think there's a custom script to keep dependencies up to date). It also takes a bit of time when rebuilding containers...

I think maybe it was @npub1nsp…ahke who steered me in the direction of 'justpath' recently: https://github.com/epogrebnyak/justpath
It's a great tool to have on pipx, but it presumes you know what you're looking for.
I wonder if there's a world where something like this is either included in the background (somewhere) or teaching/instructions on how to use it effectively?

Does anyone I know have any experience using Danger or Danger-like implementation in Python within their CI/CD pipeline? The goal would be automatic/random reviewer assignments and/or notifications sent to a messaging system (like Slack).
