I’m genuinely terrified of being in an unstable environment where everything is constantly shifting. When both your foundational knowledge and the new variables you’re dealing with change simultaneously, it becomes incredibly hard to know what to trust.

But the truth is, stability is an illusion, and the real trap is the lack of a feedback loop. If you adapt based only on your internal perception without an objective external system, you risk destroying yourself while genuinely believing you’re improving. You are just flying blind.

Let me give you a real example. When my vision got weak, I tried doing eye exercises on my own. I thought I was fixing the problem by focusing super hard, but without an external observer, I was actually making one eye drift. I was harming myself. Thankfully, I went to an eye doctor before any permanent damage happened. In this scenario, the doctor was like a defense expert reviewing my reports, perfectly positioned to contradict the veracity of my own flawed conclusions. He prescribed glasses, adjusted my lighting setup, and now my vision is completely fine, thank God. But it was a massive wake-up call about why we always need an objective check.

When I was younger, I faced a dilemma; I didn't know whom to please. At school, the people around me were not on the same intellectual level. I don't mean intelligence, but rather knowledge. Most of them were quite ignorant, and their behavior did not reflect my level of understanding. We had completely different interests; I was passionate about science and learning. Consequently, I found myself in a very poor environment. I was confused about whom to please and where the truth lay were they right, or was I?
