(And doesn't entirely self-hosts as cproc can't compile the linux kernel)

Thankfully MAL is one I dropped in 2015 and conversion was easy ...

I guess in the Gentoo case there could actually be a sort of license prompt, by removing the EUPL (and I guess also the AGPL) from the list of Free licenses.
At least I think I'd rather have that as a way of avoiding legal problems, regardless of whether it actually closes the SaaS loophole.
