Die Tatsache, dass ein Land andere Gesetze hat als ein anderes, hat nichts mit Pennen zu tun, sondern mit nationalen Prioritäten.
Supermärkte sind ausserdem Privatunternehmen, die müssen nicht auf Gesetze warten, um sowas zu bauen.
Das Gesetz bei uns ist schlicht dazu da, das zu beschleunigen und staatliche Subventionen zu ermöglichen/vereinfachen.

In Frankreich haben wir das als Gesetzesvorschrift und die Antwort ist einfach, warum bei uns noch so viele fehlen:
- Wartezeiten wegen der hohen Nachfrage bei Spezialfirmen (das sind speziell entwickelte Konstruktionen mit entsprechenden Sicherheitsfeatures).
- Handwerker kommen nicht nach.
- Auch beim Bestellen grosser Mengen Solarpanels dauert's öfter mal wegen global gestiegener Nachfrage.
Budget ist nicht alles.

De muss sich also ranhalten. 😉

I tend to view this from a philosophical perspective and am appalled by the image of #nature that such researchers may have. We could learn so much from indigenous researchers in matters of respect and appreciation of other species.

I never learnt sewing on the machine, can only sew in a straight line, and unfortunately the last repairman ended up breaking the machine. 🙄

So I tried to learn how to sew a particular cap by hand. It took endless time, but I'm really proud of myself. And by working so slowly, I've gained a deep understanding of how they're made. I could make them now on a machine, if I had one.
