You have to enter, go up, cross, go down. It was never a right of way issue. There's a pedestrian crossing externally. It's just stupid that they have re-assigned as fire exits what have always been useful access to the store since its inception. Wouldn't be surprised to see the in-store cafe die from lack of footfall because people walking along the riverside can no longer access it without a detour.
