Fun fact: Blocking gstatic {.} com at DNS level causes so many 3rd party apps and web site stops working. While blocking tracking domains is a standard privacy practice, gstatic {.} com is now a structural pillar of the modern internet run by Google. Google says it is not designed to collect personal data, it exists to deliver infrastructure like JS, CSS, reCAPTCHA, Fonts, APIs, SDKs and more. Blocking it almost always causes more usability issues than it solves privacy concerns 😂

OpenTofu is a free and open source IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tool that lets you define, cloud provision, and manage tech infrastructure using configuration files. If you are familiar with Terraform, OpenTofu is quite literally a direct, drop in replacement for it due to Terraform drama in 2023 (HashiCorp made Terraform changes and it is no longer open-source) <a href="https://github.com/opentofu/opentofu">https://github.com/opentofu/opentofu</a>

Another day another Google take over the world, open web and mobile ecosystems. This battle seems to be lost already because governments are ignoring shenanigans of Google.
