Lentin makes a good case that Zionism is where Western racial fascism and colonialism have always been headed. Clarified a lot to me about the hasbara "the West is next" and the unconditional support of Western governments and the support of fascists for Zionism.

They talk about many things, like CRT, the antisemitism of anti-antisemitism, and how anti-colonial and anti-racism concepts/terminology are used in service of the colonialism and racism of the status quo. Sounds like a very interesting book, good analysis.

Thursday Aug. 21th: $476,566 in 12 days for tens of thousands of meals, hundreds of diapers, over a million of liters of water!

"The situation on the ground in Gaza is extremely tense with a potential displaced happening from the North to the South. Our teams are preparing emergency plans to respond to any possible changes over the next few days. [...]

In terms of the South over the last 10 days, things have been relatively better than the last update as some trucks came in, so we saw a price drop in all items. Around 70-80 trucks per day came in when in reality, 600 trucks need to enter per day to meet the minumum needs of Palestinians in Gaza. Our focus has been on providing rice in large quantities and increasing water due to the heat."

03 Aug New family welcomed & daily meals provided!

"The famine is affecting everyone in Gaza including the families in the Refaat Alareer camp but we are doing our best to provide daily meals as well as extra nutrition to the 4 special cases of malnutrition that we have in the camp. We've also had 2 families evacuate last week: little Sanad left with his mother and brother to get treatment in Spain leaving their dad behind and little Amro who left with his father to France leaving his mother and siblings behind. Unfortunately, the military occupation does this often with medical evacuations, splitting families apart for an undefined period of time. The family members remaining in Gaza stay under our care in Refaat Alareer camp."

Very much enjoyed this talk of Adnan Husein with Alana Lentin.

Lentin makes a good case that Zionism is where Western racial fascism and colonialism have always been headed. Clarified a lot to me about the hasbara "the West is next" and the unconditional support of Western governments and the support of fascists for Zionism.

They talk about many things, like CRT, the antisemitism of anti-antisemitism, and how anti-colonial and anti-racism concepts/terminology are used in service of the colonialism and racism of the status quo. Sounds like a very interesting book, good analysis.
