I wanted to create an anonymous npub and see how well I could be active while not leaking any information. In the week that I had this npub, I&#39;ve accidentally or foolishly leaked information 12 different times (that i know of). Most of the time I only found out much later. For example, I was running my IP Tracer on a separate device running Kali and noticed that I accessed nostr multiple times when mullvpn had force closed for some unknown reason. I could see my ip traffic quite easily. Then I noticed I had posted the same monero subaddress on 2 npubs, dumbass... I sent lightning tips non anonymously multiple times and even once from an old kyc wallet! Honestly, outside of pretending to be someone else with a different personality, sentence structure, and interests, I can&#39;t say I did much of anything successfully. Privacy is hard and obviously takes more than just a dedicated plan. Clearly, I&#39;m not there yet. Bisq was a bit too complicated for this hobbit and I&#39;ve never had issues with robosats,so i continued that way. It requires a lock up fee to get started so maybe move some of your sats you get on here to a wallet you can transact with via lightning like aqua wallet. Robosats has a sort of multisig that ensures both parties are getting what was agreed upon before the funds are allocated. I believe they recently updated and allow you to run your own robosats server.
