Most people are motivated by fear or almost breaking point negativity. But<br/>Bitcoin is a beacon of light. Most people are just taught that is how it is and we might notice flaws but that’s how it is. So it is accepted. <br/><br/>For me, showing people why what we have doesn’t work tends to start at dollars being backed by thin air, debt and tell our family story. People often become more open and interested as a result. But it’s often over many conversations and not often a one conversation change. <br/><br/>This is often how change works though. No curriculum. Self led. We facilitate. Basically the curriculum is trash and totally outdated (not all schools but the majority). Then on to Bulgaria, back to Vietnam, then in and out between Vietnam and Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Laos. <br/><br/>Then tiredness kicked in and we returned to NZ to stay long term for the first time since 2011. It wasn&#39;t meant to be. I got spoiled with a one week trip to NYC, USA - a dream I had since 2010 ✅<br/><br/>Then back off around the world, Malaysia, Spain, UK, a Trans-Atlantic Cruise (didn&#39;t see that coming), The Azores, British Virgin Islands, St Marteen, Antigua and Barbuda, Martinique, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Panama, USA (LA for a two night stop over), Japan (Tokyo and Osaka)... Yes we have seen a few places similar to this. It makes sense. We notice it a little here in DR. Like I could spend this much for a nice house in a developed country, kind of doesn&#39;t add up really. I think a lot of times it is (sadly) foreigners coming to these poorer countries buying up real estate and marketing to home countries driving up the prices quickly and never really benefiting the people of the land :( <br/><br/>And as for the lifestyle, yes, we were already homeschooling towards unschooling since my older two were 7 &amp; 8, almost 9 years total now. Kids are aged from 2-17. personally we found the younger ages easier, the teens told us last year they wanted a base. We went to NZ, set up a base and three months later everyone wanted to travel again 😂<br/><br/>It&#39;s harder to find families travelling with older kids, this has been our biggest challenge. Families with younger children tend to be everywhere... And then my teens seem to be a bit resistant/ reluctant to go out and meet new people. Home cooked food, visit free parks, nature, beaches, find cheap or free places for sports activities. <br/><br/>To save money and worldschool, travel slowly, stick to one region for as long as possible, choose less expensive areas. Then a transatlantic cruise from England to France, Ponta Delgada, BVIs, St Marteen, Antigua &amp; Barbuda to end in Martinique and close out the year in Dominican Republic.
