I’m not sure. The accident data shows injury rates have been decreasing whike screen time increases but that doesn’t mean causation. But given it’s hard to injure yourself sat at a screen compared to doing most other things with your time it’s a plausible hypothesis to be tested that forced reduction in screen time would mean more accidental injury and deaths.

Odd that DSIT are directly intervening when it ought it be Ofcom who have responsibility for regulating how platforms are implementing it. Where was this reported? Maybe should write to them and ask them to clarify their views as to whether more needs to be done to protect freedom of expression.

What is primary priority content and what is just priority content. Why do we have a primary priority and not a primary and secondary content. We ponder the epistomogy and linguistic nuances of the legalese. How do we define content? What if a piece of content changes slightly is it still the same content like the ship ofTheseus?
