But Colombian beans are dense and can be bitter if not extracted properly. If you’re making coffee casually I’d strongly recommend our medium roast from Brazil, Algiz. <br/><br/>As to sourcing, nothing too fancy. Namely trying to find the best green coffee we can that’s not going to break the wallet.
