One thing that seems very likely is that the ”space”, itself, contracts the nearer one gets to the center. What this would mean for Voyager, is that it’s shrinking as it approaches the proposed “Central Sun”. But that assumes there’s actually just “space” inside; which I cannot at all vouch for.
