Next question probably is more involved—is it possible to set an automatic file naming per collection/schema? I typically don't name my files but just give them an automatic filename based on date. Absolutely not a big deal and I can add this as a feature request issue if you want to file it away for the future.

Oh wow, I think I figured it out—Mattrbld is writing the date to the front matter surrounded by single quotes, where my existing process does not, and my url filters read the quoted version as an invalid date. I think I can accommodate for the difference on my side!

Integrated it into one of my blogs last night and I’m loving it. I do have a question (well, maybe a couple). Is it possible to fine tune how a datetime is written out? Looks like the iso format mattrbld is writing to my front matter is incompatible with how my blog is doing url paths. (I need to look at it closer to see if I can adjust something on the site generator side too to see if I can adjust something on that side…)

oh yeah! I made a junk repo just to take it for a test spin and as I saw what it was doing I became quite impressed. Looks like I could pretty easily point it at a test branch of one my blogs, get it all set up, and once I'm happy with it merge it right in. It feels like a very cool take on this sort of thing...!
