Well that was scary.

I just experienced my first visual migraine aura. Flashing spot in the centre of my vision, which expanded to the edge leaving the centre clear. Visible even when either one of my eyes were closed. No headache.

I’ve never experienced a migraine before. Is this a common symptom?

It’s tomato base with zucchini, squash, onion and eggplant. Sometimes I add pre-boiled pumpkin or sweet potato and I nestle in diced chicken breast I’ve prepared earlier. A little garlic, chicken stock, pepper and salt.
