Every Wikipedia article is shaped by the 3 core content policies:
1. Neutral point of view
2. No original research
3. Verifiability (my favorite)

Without policy to anchor the text, there's really no basis to reject any assertion, so no one can meaningfully edit. Grokipedia lacks this and so will fail for the same reason Conservapedia before it failed.
