my car was hit by a pickup truck today. low speed collision, minor damage to my door and fender. guy driving the truck did not see me because my entire car was in his immense front corner blind spot.

my door now makes an unpleasant creaking sound when i open it but everything else is still working perfectly. got the truck guys insurance but the insurance company is in chicago and they had already closed for the weekend by the time i got home. we'll see how much door repair they pay for
