Fond memories of walking across the golf course, listening out for “fore!” to get to Daymer. Taking friends to the hill as an adult and challenging them to a climb. So steep but the view is fantastic. It was very busy from what I can remember. It was quite an experience! Our friend Joanne fell and broke her arm on the deck. We harvested courgettes that became “courgetti” once we’d “spiralised” them into a vegetable based spaghetti, served up with bolognaise mince. The tomatoes here were added into this dish. I had seconds.
