Gorsuch’s argument can be traced to the notion that any and all speech is permissible. But we know that is manifestly untrue. Yelling “Fire!” in a crowded theater may be speech, but it is indefensible and prohibited.

That happened just as gay marriage was on the verge of being legal here in the U.S. He was preyed on as a child, and despite being incredibly gifted as a performer, was never able to come to terms with himself and the revulsion his parents had for him and who he was. Yes! The original list was altered. There have been solutions to the NYT that weren’t in the solutions list that I found a long time ago that was described as Josh’s original list. There have only been a handful of solutions that weren’t on the original list that I’ve seen, though. Surely less than 50, so far (If my somewhat unreliable memory can be relied on).

My #LeftWordle stats are beginning to resemble my #Wordle stats — it’s beginning to look Rayleigh, too. This is puzzling. I know phenomena that give rise to Rayleigh statistics, but can’t see why Wordle solution stats would be analogous. This is will take some thought. I should gather others’ statistics. My data is hardly sufficient to make inferences.

I’ll have to redo my mean value calculation as it assumes a normal distribution, which is what I thought would ultimately be the right model.
