How it manifested in me was that I never got along with the guys. I never really was interested in being particularly dudeish, and the thought actually repelled me.

What is the biological line? It's fuzzy. Because biology is fuzzy. Biology is not an exact science. The majority of mainstream biology is about statistics, and grouping broad clusters of organisms together, and studying their behavior qualitatively. Or by using techniques from computational physics and chemistry to study the molecules of life and how they interact, but that's not really what you learn in "basic biology".

Biological sex cannot be binary, because there are so many different parameters, different parts of the body, so many different endocrine and metabolic pathways.

Someone can be genetically male, but they have a female phenotype. Someone can have testosterone, but not respond to it so they look female and develop as a female. Someone can have male anatomy, but a female hormonal composition (like myself). Etc.
