Somewhat, you could call truthiness the system which leads to emocracy, truthiness being a more individualistic thing where someone might believe it because it's more efficient, more acceptable or simply because you want it to be true. Once it becomes a system of truthiness among many then you get your emocracy. Truthiness as a term has been around since 2005 so it has some legacy but hasn't really held up in the common ergot.

They don't have much of it, what they do have buys less and yet the rich get richer. Something I forgot about is that this new bill also introduces new search and seizure powers so not only can the DWP snoop on your transactions they can also invite themselves into your home and take things from you. All this for a very small percentage of actual fraud, below 10% overall.

Yeah, this one's been a concern for a while and it's a real overstep in terms of privacy violations chasing shadows. The DWP has no authority to see anything I do with my bank account.

Really doesn't help that the DWP is a cruel monster who already punishes many innocents due to the prevalent culture that everyone who needs benefits is presumed to be workshy and a liar like it's a honeypot dragnet for scammers.
