You can sauté them, throw them in a stir fry, or just try them simple.<br/><br/>They’ve got some solid benefits too—vitamins A and C, a bit of iron, fiber… and they’ve even been used traditionally to help with calming the mind.<br/><br/>Now here’s the part you don’t skip:<br/><br/>Not all lilies are the same.<br/><br/>Daylilies (the ones you can eat) are different from true lilies, and some of those are toxic.
