has had to scale down their daily sandwich distributions by 50% due to lack of funding. Family survival appeals have been stagnating like never before (we currently have over 1,445 appeals on our "5R" stagnation list, many with no donations for several weeks or more).

This can't go on like this. If it does, being "pro-Palestine" will no longer mean anything - because no Palestinians will be left in Gaza.

I think we should take the time to notice that Iran is inflicting serious damage, a capacity they managed to build under a siege. They are also at the same time maintaining moral high ground. Iran is to the best of their abilities intending to respect IHL, unlike the axis of genocide.

The USrael bombing intentionally uses practices and weapons contrary to IHL, for which they at times may invent justification.

Area bombardment is against IHL. Weapons that cannot be targeted is against IHL. Treating multiple military targets as one os against IHL. Children, civilians, medical sites, schools, places of worship, cultural sites, none are legitimate targets.

The thing that bugs me the most the way it's being portrayed as death penalty for committing deadly acts of terror.

The law actually criminalises armed resistance against "israeli" occupation, and adds death penalty to the penalty scale. That's at the very least.

Honestly, the accounts seem to have a longer lifespan on meta and x from what I've seen, which is something unexpected for me. Even the fairshare.help bot on bluesky says the best way to get donations is to ask people directly. Yes, it does say people you know, but if Palestinians could ask people they know they wouldn't be here.

The unfortunate end result is that Palestinians end up tagging/DMing and then get suspended, which then means that the campaign stagnates. It's a vicious circle.

I boost/share the campaigns I can, but mostly I think the way they can get help is an issue. That was one of the driving ideas behind LL4G, but then there's the issue of reaching new groups of donors. I'm guessing sometimes similar with gaza-verified.

As someone coming in from x and other platforms where Palestinians are routinely silenced by algorithms and account bans, I'm a bit baffled myself. At any given time I have more mentions and chat messages than I can possibly keep up with and my account is fairly small.

I don't get flustered, it's not their fault I can't keep up. I do what I can.

Most of these survival campaigns are real families, just trying to survive. The scams I've come across are non-Palestinians scamming Palestinians.

The problem is not in giving… but in the lack of fairness in directing it.
What truly hurts is that there are those who suffer in silence and receive nothing, while support keeps going repeatedly to the same people.
This is a painful reality. It may be misunderstood if spoken about openly, but ignoring it is no less cruel than its existence.
All I hope for… is that help reaches those who truly deserve it, fairly, and that there is a better way to ensure donations are distributed justly—so that good intentions are not lost along the way.
I am merely raising inquiries, but I see that the main reason is the response to private messages. This creates a clear imbalance in distribution; some people earn more than $1,500 weekly, while others’ balances remain at zero.
I hope this topic can be an opportunity for open and constructive discussion so that we can all understand the situation and find fairer and more transparent solutions

They have been told to send their details to #ChildrenNotNumbers. Their greatest fear in reaching out is the case being turned away because they aren't in Gaza as many NGOs focus on evacuation from Gaza, and yet no one heard their call when they were still there.

The doctors in Egypt have told them there is no medical intervention available. This is at best a fib.
