I bought a second hand sewing machine recently and got to work on sewing for the first time in years.

My first big project was to make a new table cloth for conventions.

I wanted something so people knew exactly who's table it was...

I also created some pockets on the seller's side, to hide all of my pens, card readers, scissors, etc.

I need an opinion from the hive mind.

We have a spare bedroom and I want to have two single beds instead of one double bed. But I’m getting some odd looks when proposing this. It makes sense to me as it’s the most flexible to accommodate multiple types of guests, rather than just couples.

What’s the consensus?

I work in tech and it boggles my mind how many of our customers send images (that they need uploaded to the system) in a Power Point document.

Need to send a single image via email? Pop that bad boy in a Power Point.
Make it as inconvenient to extract that image as possible.
