$100 reward to anyone who can render a $1 bill on a webpage at actual size (as measured on the screen) without knowing the device. Serious.

(This is a revival of an identical challenge I posed back in 2013 that still remains unsolved.)

During daylight saving time it’s “EDT” for “Eastern Daylight Time”.

When you’re not sure if the time you’re specifying is EST or EDT, just say “ET” or “Eastern Time”, which is a generic way to refer to the time zone, regardless of daylight saving status.

Same goes for Pacific / PST / PDT / PT etc.

The barn out back was used as my dad’s workshop for building/repairing wooden boats.

It helped me uncover and remove some unwanted Google tracking code hidden in a JavaScript file for an old project recently.
