Ok yeah Tiggy. I was familiar with her, but I had blocked her long ago. She thought I had muted her, got super offended, then slid into my DMs all threatening and berating. So she got put on the chopping block, as I ain't got time fo' dat.

I heard she'd gone at some point, this must've been why and also why I never saw the whole s/a thing. Which is honestly pretty terrifying.

As for the admin - I guess the "sysadmin" is female. That was clarified to me today. And yeah, I get it. But honestly no one else will host us. They consider us far right genocidal nazis and we're on a block list and blocked by many of the instances on the fedi automatically. Even though all most of us do is share our watercolor paintings and knitting projects lol! Very deadly stuff, that.

There aren't currently any Spinsters with the hardware to run their own server from home. So we had to go with the only person that was willing to host us. Which happened to be a guy. Of course we'd all prefer a female and if at any time that does become available option - I'm sure we'll take it.
