No medicinal claims, can't say its good for you. <br/><br/>Of course most of whats on supermarket shelves is not really honey as the bees make it. Raw honey as the bees make it is medicine imo (i can pull up great articles as to the illnesses it aids or helps you avoid, plus its full of a bouquet of microRNAs from the flower's nectar)<br/><br/>Raw milk rich in exosomes full of microRNA, demonised. Honey dismissed with no discernment. Good food isnt just about the shit they don't put in to the packaged pseudofood... but is about fresh locally grown vegetables, herbs and fruit, raised on a healthy living soil, and the produce from animals who feed upon those pastures. <br/><br/>Industrial food is lifeless, and barely supports life nevermind health.
