But large batteries can also be used for vehicles, give them solar panels, they can recharge in the field in the case supply lines break down (try that with fossil fuels)

1. detail/outline panels show the latest document/object you selected
2. each panel has a context associated with it that can be set/locked by the user
3. same as 2, except the document context can never be changed.

also the biggest reason why biosphere 2 failed (pretty sure you're refering to that project) was because people back then didn't realize how much co2 is constantly created by soil bacteria.
I'm not aware of any attempt at this scale after that
