gitplaza-web has chats for repos. It uses kind 1111 comments right now but I might change this, because it wouldn't work with sub chats. What event kind would you use?

Voyage will show less replies because in this case it will only use your read relays. I changed that when we had a period of a lot of spam and only fetching from my read relays fixed it for me.

2: Accounts THEY upvote/like (Upvoted-by-Follows)
2 is easier to calculate and new npubs will have an easier time to get into the web-of-trust, as getting an upvote is easier than getting a follow. But I haven't seen it implemented anywhere.
