honestly the "waking up" framing misses a whole group: people who didn't choose this, but just got pushed. for example, from authoritarian countries, their bank froze, telegram is blocked and account deleted because of censorship.

The mobile UX for sharing external content into Nostr is currently broken. Web apps have to rely on ugly clipboard copy-paste fallbacks because mobile clients crash on bare "nostr:" URIs.

While building the onboarding flow for re_terminal, I hit this wall. To fix it, I've drafted a new NIP: URI Scheme for Share Intents (nostr:share?text=...).

It brings the standard "intent/tweet" interoperability to Nostr, allowing any external site or game to pre-fill a kind 1 note securely.

IMHO, the biggest problem is that onboarding is monopolized by KYC platforms. They run the biggest acquisition funnels. So millions meet Bitcoin for the first time through passport uploads

1. Backend:
Node.js acts as a security wrapper/rate-limiter for LNBits now. Moving to pure client-side (LUD-18/Wasm) is the V2 goal to remove VPS trust.
2. Privacy:
You're right — the invoice exposes the node pubkey. We accepted this trade-off for MVP, but blinded paths are the long-term fix.
3. PWA vs NIP-07:
Confirmed limitation. iOS/Android sandboxing breaks extension access. The roadmap fix is implementing NIP-46 (Nostr Connect) for remote signing.
4. NFC Trust:
Designed as reproducible "Read-Only" pointers to content/mirrors, not value-carrying bearer assets. People will be asked to share the card(or object) with the ones "who will understand"(fighting club vibe)
5. Integrity:
Currently raw MVP deployments. Signed commits & reproducible builds are scheduled for the Beta phase.

It is a hybrid threat model. I am building against all three:
State censorship is countered by Tor .onion & IPFS mirrors. Physical seizure by ephemeral sessions (no logs) & "Read-Only" NFCs.
Deplatforming by the roadmap to self-hosted Docker nodes.
The MVP is just the start. The full curriculum consists of 7 modules.
The end goal: To provide a complete toolkit for anyone to achieve and defend total digital sovereignty in hostile environments.

Architecture: node.js backend + Client-side PWA.
Custody is ephemeral. Flow: Earn -> Withdraw immediately to self-custody.

I see that current web hosting is vulnerable (Step 1).
Next phase (Months 2-4): Tor .onion, IPFS mirrors, and offline "survival kits" (HTML/PDF) distributed via NFC cards/physical objects.
I would like to have dockerized self-hosted nodes.
On the Nostr side I will learn how and why to use in the second module and aim to use NIP-07 auth (Month 2). Next: Publishing badges to relays
For the privacy: No PII, no Google Analytics, no logs.
