Everyone else is on psychiatric meds and I&#39;m the only one who has realized the reason I&#39;m stuck on these meds is because of the horrible #ssriwithdrawal they cause. That the withdrawal is not relapse. I gained a lot of weight after I had to go back on to stabilize from the withdrawal. These drugs destroy my metabolism. I get looks ...like you know they are seeing the weight gain. I hate the way it feels, I know these meds are doing damage. And I want to just scream &#34;it&#39;s the fucking medication and yes, I&#39;m going to try and get off the meds again.&#34; I want to explain that this time I have the knowledge on how to do it in a way that should reduce the risk of withdrawal. But I am told I shouldn&#39;t come off the meds, that I need them. So I just don&#39;t talk about it with my family anymore.
