It's amazing how emotions affect some people.

For example, a man may be afraid to talk to a woman on the street when he likes her. A mixed cocktail of emotions starts filling his blood — fear, anxiety, uncertainty, worries, and many others. They paralyze him.

Physically, there is nothing stopping him from doing what he wants. He could simply walk up to the woman he likes and say something, but he can't. The emotions fully control his physical state. He can't even take a step forward.

How did he allow some emotions to control his life that much? Or perhaps a more accurate question is: why hasn't he worked on himself to gain conscious control of his body and his life?

The animalistic state is the default. Animals are controlled by emotions, and children are controlled by emotions too. Most likely, he is stuck in a childlike state, which is why emotions fully control his behavior.

Men who are afraid of messing things up will struggle in life.

This fear usually comes from childhood, when we were criticized or yelled at for doing things wrong while trying to win acceptance and love by being obedient and good. At that time it felt necessary, because we believed we had no other choice.

But now we are adults. That old tactic keeps us trapped in a childlike state. Our thinking, emotions, and behavior remain locked there. We become afraid to act because we might mess things up. We are afraid of feeling emotions because it once felt dangerous. We are afraid to want things. We are afraid to be ourselves. And this constant overthinking about making the right move or decision is eating our brains.

Now the situation is even worse. When we were children, we needed the approval of our parents, and we knew exactly what to do to get it. Now there is no single person to please. So we keep trying to be good and do the “right” things for random people, hoping they will accept us — repeating the same pattern we learned in childhood.

We become afraid of acting, of making mistakes, of being ineffective. We are afraid to decide. We are afraid to want things. When there is no one to please, we feel lost.

This must be turned into an advantage. There is one person you need to please — you.

You are living your life, and it is your responsibility to live it the way you want. You cannot know in advance whether something will be right or wrong, effective or ineffective. The only way to find out is to act, observe what happens, feel the consequences, and deal with the outcomes.

Without action, you will never know.

That is why the only real choice is to do what you genuinely want to do. Whether you think it is good or bad, effective or ineffective does not matter, because certainty does not exist beforehand.

Every system of control runs on the same basic mechanics.

First, you separate people from their own thinking. You don't do this with force — force creates resistance. You do it by flooding them with information until they can't distinguish signal from noise. Overwhelmed people stop thinking critically. They start looking for someone to tell them what to think.

Then you give them an identity. Not a personal one — a group one. Religion, race, nationality, political tribe, ideology. Once someone's identity is tied to a group, they stop evaluating ideas and start defending the team. You can now predict their behavior, manipulate their emotions, and turn them against other groups whenever it's convenient.

Then you control what they need. Food supply. Money supply. Information supply. When people depend on a system for survival, they don't bite the hand that feeds them. Dependency is the most effective leash ever invented.

Then you give them enemies. Real problems require real solutions — that's expensive and difficult. But an enemy? An enemy unifies, distracts, and justifies whatever you need to do next. The enemy can be a person, a country, a virus, a class of people. Doesn't matter. It just needs to be believable.

Finally you make them feel like participants. Elections, protests, consumer choices — the appearance of agency without the substance of it. People who believe they're free don't look for the cage.

Why does this matter to you? Because you're inside this system right now. Understanding the mechanics is the only way to see where you're being managed and where you're actually free.

Truth is an accurate description of reality.

Not what you want reality to be. Not what authorities tell you it is. Not what feels right. What actually is.

The problem is you can never fully possess it. You can only get closer to it. Every time you think you've arrived, new evidence emerges, a new angle opens up, and your understanding shifts. That's not a failure — that's how it works.

So how do you find it?

Start by hunting the lies. Lies are easier to trace because they're constructed intentionally. Someone built them, spread them, and had a reason to. When you find a lie and follow it back to its origin, truth starts emerging in the negative space around it.

Then test everything against logic. Evidence alone isn't enough — it can be fabricated, cherry-picked, misinterpreted.
